I can't seem to grasp the way food is prepared, maybe you can clairify this some. It seem cheap enough to eat. An for the love of pete, can't these people see that you are not from there and give you a break on your choice of clothing considering the heat I'd be a topic of conversation at the least and maybe asked to leave at worst. I remember the heat, not hot but humid, dripping like you want to take a shower right after you take a shower. I also remember the smell, so hard to explain. Your travels are very interesting to me.
